• พระราชวังหลวง (Citadel หรือ Imperial Palace) เป็นสถานที่ที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของรัฐบาล ดังนั้น
กิจกรรมอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงกะทันหันได้แม้จะมีการลงนามในสัญญาแล้ว หากมีการจัดงาน
ระดับชาติภายในพระราชวังหลวง ในกรณีนี้สถานที่จัดงานจะถูกเปลี่ยนไปยังสถานที่อื่นภายใน
พระราชวังหลวง หรือสถานที่ ประวัติศาสตรอื่น ๆ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมและการอนุมัติจาก
ทางรัฐบาล หากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้น เราจะร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรในการหาทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุด
สำหรับการจัดงานแทน โปรดทราบว่า
มีความเป็นไปได้ในสัดส่วนเล็กน้อยที่เหตุการณเ์ช่นนี้จะเกิดขึ้น
• ราคาสถานที่จัดงานเป็นส่วนสำคัญของการเสนอราคา และตามนโยบายของพระราชวังหลวง หากมี
การเปลี่ยนแปลงราคากะทันหัน เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน หากเกิดกรณี
ดังกล่าว เราจะยังคงยึดราคาตามที่ยืนยันไว้สำหรับการจองที่ได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
– Citadel (Imperial Palace) is a Government managed place; therefore, the event can be
changed last minute even signed contract if national – level events are held inside Citadel. In
this case, the venue will be changed to another venue in
Citadel OR another historical site upon availability and confirmation from Government. Should

this event occurs, we will discuss to find the best alternatives with our partners. Please note
there will be always a small percentage that this can happen.
– The venue price plays an important part in the quotation and according to Citadel policy, we
will inform at least 1 month in advance if the prices are changed last minute. If this happens,
we will keep the same price for confirmed bookings
